What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

We’re looking for Servers who are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you love engaging with guests and creating memorable dining experiences, join our team today.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience as a server/waiter/waitress in the Fast-Casual Restaurant industry, required.
• Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or GED, required. Associate’s or a bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.
• Ability to verbally communicate in Spanish with the crew.
• Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
